1. Confirming your account/email address
When you are set up as a new User on Full Health Medical, you will receive an account confirmation email.
Click on the Confirm my account link to confirm your account.
Once confirmed, you will then be taken to the login page.
2. Creating or resetting your password
If you are an existing user and have forgotten your password, or a new User creating a password, the process is the same.
- Click on the Forgot your Password? link.
- Enter your registered email address in the Forgot your Password window > click Send me reset password instructions.
- A pop-up message will appear to indicate that your request has been submitted.
- You will receive Reset password instructions email.
- Click on the Change my password link.
- Enter a new password > click Change my password.
A password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter and one number.
