What is an Activity Reminder
An Activity Reminder provides details of account activity in the previous 24 hours.
An email notification is sent at 07:00 (08:00 during Irish Standard Time/BST).
An Activity Reminder is not dispatched if there has not been a change in account status in the previous 24 hours e.g. no new bookings.
Which users receive an Activity Reminder
By default all users who have confirmed their account will be subscribed to receive a daily Activity Reminder email.
What information is contained in an Activity Reminder
Admin user Activity Reminders will include details of:
- Admin to do
- Input test results.
- New Bookings in the last 24 hours.
- Medicals awaiting dispatch.
- Failed HL7 messages.
- Doctor to do list
- Medicals waiting for approval.
- Medicals that are flagged to call a client.
Doctor user Activity Reminders will include details of:
- Medicals waiting for approval.
- Medicals that are flagged to call a client.
To change your account preferences
If you do not wish to receive Activity Reminders, follow the steps below to unsubscribe.
Click on your Name > select Account from the drop-down menu > click Preferences > un-check the box to unsubscribe from the To Do List > click Update preferences.
